Workshop- Improvised Shakespeare
Event Information
Description
Improvised Shakespeare Workshop
Is it possible to improvise a fully formed Shakespearean production with just 4 hours of practice? Hell no. But it is entirely possible to dissect and practice some essential Shakespearean skills, work with the difficult language (it's not that difficult), learn the structures and tropes of Shakespearean drama, and make some incredible innuendo jokes in iambic pentameter. Unsheathe your blades and let's Shakes it up!
*From the workshop we will be casting two shows on June 23 & 24
Cost: $50
When: 6:00-10:00 PM
Where: The Scott Block Theatre (Red Deer)
