As a stay-at-home parent, remote worker, or someone who has a lot going on around the house, time spent at home can be very busy. With so much to get done every day, it can be challenging to maintain an active lifestyle or go to the gym with any regularity. That’s where preparation comes in.

Join us and learn how to fit exercise into your life without taking time away from your other priorities. Together, we’ll visit key tactics for getting active that can help personalize your workouts, keep you consistent, and empower you to do more of the things that make life meaningful.

This workshop will cover:

  • Simple strategies to help you stay active on a regular basis
  • A short in-studio workout
  • A personal take-home workout plan that you can adapt to fit anywhere in your busy day
  • A Q&A session to wrap up

Please be sure to wear comfortable workout clothes, good shoes and bring a water bottle.
