Worthy AF YYC Gentle Flow Yoga

In this 60 minute yoga class we will centre ourselves focussing on moving with the rhythm of our breath. We start slow and build up to a gentle flow including modified sun salutations, standing and seated combinations before finally relaxing for an extra long and luxurious guided mediation. No yoga experience or flexibility required!

Bring your mat, water and wear layers if desired.

Blocks, straps and blankets are provided.

Meet our instructor:I am a 200h Registered yoga teacher who values connecting the body, mind and breath in joyful movement! I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and am more of a student than I have ever been! It’s my honour to share the philosophy and physiology of yoga in an accessible and safe way. I truly believe yoga is for everyone and I love sharing accessible practices with my students for their personal journey to connecting with their bodies!
