Pound Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body movement class. Using Ripstix® lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for POUND, this class transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way to have fun while moving your body! Designed for all bodies, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, and rockin’ out!No experience needed, all bodies welcome!

Meet our instructor:

Pam has been a group instructor for 8 years (canfitpro certified). I am licensed to teach Zumba, POUND, Strong Nation, Soulbody Barre plus many more formats. I am all about having FUN while moving your body. I like to make my clients feel successful in all my classes by making the choreographies and movements simple. I strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can lose yourself on the dance floor or energize yourself in a fun pound class. Originally from Scotland, I moved to Canada 13 years ago. I have three children and three cats and have a love for cooking and Wine! I can't wait to share my energy and passion for FUN group classes with you!

Refund Policy:We have a no refund policy but offer a ticket transfer or exchange to another class if notified within 8 hours. If we do not receive notice within 8 hours of the class, you will forfeit your ticket or pass.
