Emotions/feelings are energy. When we experience a situation or life event, our body experiences it with the three brains: mind/intellect, heart, and gut. When we allow ourselves to fully be in the moment and experience these emotions, they pass through our body and teach us what we need to learn.
However, sometimes these emotions may be too overwhelming or we are not equipped with the right tools to experience and process them in a healthy way. What happens then? They become trapped in our body.
In this two hour class we will discuss the idea of emotions as energy, how we experience them, and what happens when they get stuck. You will be guided through a meditation to help further explores your wounds and bring about acknowledgement and release.
