About this event

“Give yourself permission to dive deep into your soul and see the limitless power that lies within.” Inner Prosperity Academy

As a next level to Writing Into the Self, this 4-week workshop series will help you go deeper into your own wisdom to inspire the next part of your inner work journey. We will continue to use clear, simple prompts and expressive writing to access your truth. With thought-provoking discussion and guidance by Life Coach Jobina Bardai, and introspective, focused writing time with Expressive Writing Instructor Taslim Jaffer, this series is the perfect launching diving board to go deeper into the self.

Week One: Self-Sabotage

Self-sabotage is one of the key obstacles to achieving what you want. Why would you purposely, albeit likely subconsciously, hold yourself back from what you most desire? Learn, through guided writing prompts and inspiring discussion, how self-sabotage comes into play in your life, what it looks like and how you can overcome it.

Week Two: Self-Trust

Trusting yourself, ignoring outside voices, and believing you are capable are non-negotiables on the self-healing journey. But to do these things requires practice and a deeper understanding of what makes us tick. Make discoveries about yourself through thoughtful discussion and writing prompts.

Week Three: Uncovering

What will you uncover once you clear your path of obstacles and learn to trust your intuition? And once you uncover it, what steps will you take to manifest this message in your life? What are the tools you have gathered along the journey to set into motion the ideas, the values, the lessons you have at your core?

Week Four: Courage

What do you need the courage to face? And where do you find the courage when it feels like your well is dry? Complete the 4-week series with tips and tricks to keep going further and deeper into your Self.
