Writing Heart to Bone

In this four week workshop, we'll come alive again deep in the heart of Spring by tuning into all of our parts.
Each week we'll explore a theme (BODY, MIND, HEART, SPIRIT) using a finely cultivated recipe of slow-flow vinyasa, contemplative stillness and creative promptings (AKA BREATH) to see how well we're tending to our roots.
This workshop is perfect for you if:
a) You have all kinds of things to say but aren't sure where to start
b) You are new (or old) to yoga and have discovered that there is a lot happening underneath the surface of your skin
c) You (or your words) feel stuck where you stand, where you sit and where you breathe
d) Your imagination (and your heart) need maximum reinvigoration
e) You have no idea what this is but feel the call, anyway
