Event description
This series is designed as an opportunity to heal. Using the chakra system as a guide, this is an opportunity for inspiration and growth.

About this Event

Writing through the Chakras is a seven week series that is done at your own pace.

The Chakra system governs all elements of health and well-being; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. They are the lens through which we see the world. This writing series is designed as an opportunity to heal, to uncover, and to inspire.

Anodea Judith says that "our beliefs shape our reality and our reality shapes our beliefs."

Through weekly meditations and daily writing prompts you will have an opportunity to look at your patterns and habituations.

There are seven chakras in the chakra system and each week we will explore a different chakra. Working from the root to the crown, you will have an opportunity to look at what it is that you truly want, need, desire and love. Find your voice and hear it's truth.

Gain a deeper understanding of your Self and your place in the world. This is an opportunity to look at your behaviours and relationships.

This is an opportunity to grow.

Each week, at the beginning of the week you will receive a little write-up of the characteristics and qualities of that weeks chakra, as well as a meditation. Then, each day you will receive your writing prompts.

I love working with the chakras and have found this work to be really powerful. And so, I want to make this accessible for all.

This will begin MONDAY JULY 6TH and will run for seven consecutive weeks.

PLEASE REGISTER BY SUNDAY JULY 5TH BY 8PM.

If you have a little to give, donations are welcome. (If you're wondering what that might look like, if I were to charge for this it would be around $50.  So anything in the $10-50 range would be cool and appreciated). If you would like to sign up for FREE, please do.

Let's do this together :)
