This Months' Speakers: Russell Thomson & Jenny Schesnuk

Russell Thomson is passionate about the health and wellness ecosystem, and loves being able to contribute as a wellness advisor at Alberta Blue Cross. Russell strives to enhance workplace wellness and culture in organizations through sustainable means. He has over 10 years of experience in public health, working with non-profits and post-secondary institutions. Russell brings an energy and passion to the workplace and to his personal life, hiking mountains, biking, and staying active in the community.

Jenny Schesnuk, wellness advisor at Alberta Blue Cross approaches health as multi-dimensional and bio-individual. She believes the wellness journey looks different for everyone and her mission is to collaborate with as many people as possible to help them live their best lives. Jenny is enjoying working with Alberta Blue Cross customers and team members on organizational wellness initiatives that focus on providing high, sustainable impacts. She has a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

We will share experiences from our journey at Alberta Blue Cross, additional resources and techniques, and provide a roadmap for you to do the same.
