Event description
Learning how to cue, coach and program foundational movements is such an important piece to being an effective coach & trainer.

About this Event

Are you new to coaching and personal training?

Looking to gain confidence with your athlete and clients during hands-on sessions?

Do you feel well equipped to write a program to help others reach their goals?

I am here to help!

In this clinic, we will break down how to coach and cue the foundational movement patterns (squat, hinge, press, pull, lunge) and we will take a deep dive into writing a comphrensive program to help your clients reach their goals.

It's important that as coaches and trainers we have the confidence to guide and direct our clients during hands-on sessions so they move safely and effectively. By doing this, we can help them excel in sport and in life!

During this clinic you will gain a better understanding of internal and external cueing and how to approach movement from different angles to work with a variety of different clientele. We will then learn how to create a program that is reflective of the clients' needs and goals.
