YBT Pitch Competition

YBT Pitch Competition is hosted by Youth Business Trend between July 29th - 31st, 2022. During the virtual event, students will form teams (1-5) coming up with a business idea to tackle the theme we have chosen. Once the idea is finalized, they will be able to create their app/website and a pitch deck to present in front of judges during the last day of the event (July 31st). There will be a variety of workshops with speakers from reputable companies and start-ups allowing youths to develop knowledge in regards business. YBT Pitch Competition is entirely free for all youths around Canada to join and beginners are encouraged to try even with no experience!

All the attendees will be able to network and expand with like-minded youths across Canada to learn about business as well as turn an idea into a pitch for our judges! Our current theme that we have chosen will be surrounding the idea of environment. Students will be able to build projects that relate to (climate-change/sustainability/environmental).

We will be having the opening ceremony as well as workshops during July 29th and the judging period will occur during the July 31st! Participants will have over 36 hours to work on their own projects on their on accord!
