❤️ Yin Yoga - A gentle practice of deep stretching, slowing down & relaxing. Poses are held for longer periods of time, instructor may offer support/massage - A meditative and nourishing style of yoga practice

🌺 Aromatherapy - Essential Oils will be enhancing our sensory experiences through diffusors and liquid oils of your choice. De-stress, Relax, Invigorate, Ground - the choice is yours with our lovely selection of aromatic oils

💎 Sound Healing w/ Crystal Bowls - Deeply healing and soothing tones from our facilitator and the 432HZ Crystal Bowls. The sound will provide a place for your mind to rest during your practice, and guide you into deeper levels of ease & peace
