About this event

Yinyasa Yoga & Elements

This all levels yoga class combines Yin Yoga for flexibility, mindfulness, mindfulness and relaxation with Vinyasa yoga for strength, flexibility and flow. Each week will explore one of the five elements during our practice and then we will bring them together in the final class. We can all benefit from finding some balance.

Instructor: Natasha Just is 200h certified yoga therapist, with additional certifications in Holistic Whole Body Health and mind-body Recovery. Natasha is also certified in Integrative Health & Lifestyle and Applied Positive Psychology, which she infuses into her yoga teachings.

Ages: 18+

Time: 7:00 - 8:00pm

Dates: May 25 - June 29 (Tuesdays)

$60 per individual

All classes will be following strict COVID protocols for fitness classes as determined by the province. Some highlights from the plan as it would apply to fitness classes include:

- 10 person maximum registration for outdoor classes (unless if restrictions for outdoor gatherings are loosened)

- Minimum 3m physical distancing for “intense aerobic or physical training”.

- 2 m physical distancing for other classes
