Prior to Coalition, Joshua was the CxO and Head of Special Projects at Cloudflare (NYSE: NET), a $25bn web infrastructure and security company, following roles at Goldman Sachs, the Central Intelligence Agency, and Microsoft, among others.

BIO: Colette Taylor is VP Commercial Solutions and Specialty Lines Solutions, leading and coordinating the underwriting teams to offer specialized insurance solutions that protect the financial security of Sovereign’s Canadian customers. Colette has been in the Specialty insurance industry for over 20 years in a variety of roles including technical underwriting and insurance brokering. She found her passion when she entered the world of team leadership and believes that the best thing about her job is empowering her teams to do what they do best, while ensuring customers receive the most expert advice and creative solutions that meet their needs.

BIO: Ryan Spinner joined Liberty Mutual Canada in the newly created role of Head of Mobility. Under Ryan's leadership, his team is partnering with new mobility providers that offer new and innovative transportation business models within Canada.

BIO: Marykate Townsend is the Senior Underwriter and Manager of Pacific Marine Underwriting Managers Eastern Canadian Region and President of the Canadian Association of Managing General Agents (CAMGA). MK, as she is known, represented, and advocated for brokers as a board of director for the London Insurance Brokers Association (LIBA) including the role of President. Always keen to learn and continue her education, MK is currently working towards obtaining her CMGA designation
