To support youth, the YMCA of Niagara is now offering a Study Zone for High School students to complete their online schoolwork.

The Study Zone provides:

• A safe and comfortable space
• Wi-Fi and access to technology (please bring your own headphones)
• Social connections with a YMCA Staff
• Structure to virtual school days
• Support with navigating resources and utilizing technology for learning

The Study Zone is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting the week of February 23, 2021. Students may sign up for 2-hour blocks from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Located at 85 Bunting Road, St. Catharines (Employment and Immigrant Services classroom space).

Space in the Study Zone is limited to allow for appropriate physical distancing. Advance sign up is required through Eventbrite. Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance.

All procedures will be in place to ensure the safety of everyone. Masks are mandatory in the Study Zone. Successful wellness screening and temperature checks are required prior to entry.
