A series of 8, 90 min sessions, including one hour of practice and 30 mins for group discussion. I will be presenting the first 6 sessions, the last 2 sessions will be facilated by other members of the community. If you're intersted in being a facilitator contact me. We’ll be researching how to modify and augment classical yoga poses to make them safer and more accessible, new ways to move including, rolling, crouching, and walking through flowing non linear pathways. We’ll discus the meaning of functionality in our movements and question what we’re training into our bodies and why. Open to teachers who are beginning to think ourside the box and anyone else who wants to come along for the ride.
