A 55 minute gentle yoga practice to end a busy day. Tune in to your body, mind and spirit.

About this event

A gentle class that includes a warm up to start, vinyassa flow, with longer holds of poses, and a cool down stretch to finish off. This class will really support you to tune into your body and your breath. Expect prop-supported postures that make poses accessible to all, with an emphasis on stretching. Have a blanket, pillow, yoga blocks (or alternative) available to support your practice!
