About this event
Yoga Nova has partnered with Saje Natural Wellness in Mount Royal Village to bring yoga into the space after hours every Sunday from 530 -630 PM.
Please come 15 minutes early, with your mat and any other yoga necessities to make your practice as meaningful to you as you see fit.
Before or after your class, please enjoy an added discount on our products if you do so choose to shop.
The classes are by cash donation, and all proceeds will go to Kids Cancer Care foundation.
