Description

Yoga Basics for Every Body focuses on joint protection and alignment, as well as body awareness for comfort and safety. Learn to listen to your body and choose to modify yoga poses to suit your own needs. Let go of ideals and take care of yourself in the here and now.

Maximum Participants: 3

Classes include individual instruction, modifications and hands-on assists.

New Student Special: $60 for 4 classes ($15 per class)


FAQs

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Free parking lot, on location.

We are located very close to the Portland Hills bus terminal.

What should I bring to class?

Bring your own yoga mat and water.

Dress comfortably, in general, stretchy clothing such as yoga pants or tights, tank top or t shirt is best.

Bring your own props if you like, or use our bolsters, blocks and straps.
