Yoga Burn - Intermediate/Strong Beginners

About this Event
Getting a ticket for this class is only to confirm your attendance. You will not be charged for registering. HOWEVER, please note that class fess/punch pass are due at the door.
Yoga Burn is Power Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga, Pilates and dynamic bodyweight exercises rolled into one. Recommended for active beginners and intermediate yogis. Not recommended if you are brand-new to exercise or cannot place weight on the hands and knees. Yoga experience is recommended but not required.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Please keep in mind that when you RSVP, you are occupying a spot. If you can no longer attend, click on the "View and manage your order online" link in your Eventbrite e-ticket to cancel your order.
- Masks are required when entering the building and moving around in the studio. You can take off your mask during class.
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for Covid-19 safe practices.
PLEASE BRING:
- A yoga mat is required.
- A yoga strap is recommended (A long tie or belt will do)
- A yoga block is recommended.
