Join us for the Sunday afternoon yoga class to do your hatha poses and vinayasa flow. We all will be working together to stretch and bend our body to detoxify and destress our body and mind to move towards integrated and healthy body and mind. Class is for all (adult) ages, levels and genders in sex positive environment. No restrictions to what you want to wear or just wear nothing.

Bring your own mats, water bottle and smile for a refreshing and mind enriching yoga session.
