Event description
Enjoy a day of yoga on the beach! A special fundraising event to support St. Vincent Volcano Disaster Relief Fund.

About this event

Bring your yoga mat, sunscreen and water bottle and come enjoy the day by the Ottawa River. One fee gives you access to all classes throughout the day. Attend one or two, or all five!

All Yoga instructors are qualified, experienced, and certified.

Classes will be held on the grass area at Petrie Island East Beach.

Admission: $20/person for the day. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

This is a fundraising event. Proceeds will support the St. Vincent Volcano Disaster Relief Fund.

Class schedule:

Class 1 7am to 8am- Sunrise Yoga Instructor: Kristy Whyte (Sacred Circles Yoga and Wellness)

Class 2 8:15 to 9:15- Power Yoga Instructor: George Jurdak-Prem

Class 3 9:30 to 10:30- Hatha Yoga Instructor: Julie Lefebvre

Class 4 10:45 to 11:45- Mobility Yoga Instructor: Jackie Leduc

Class 5 12 noon to 1pm – Yin Yoga Instructor: Kristy Whyte
