1 hour Vinyasa Flow & Optional 30 Min writing & discussion on the 8 limbs of Yoga

About this Event

At the heart of the yoga practice is inquiry and critical self reflection.

The 8 limbs of yoga are a set of practices that allow self study and prepare us to discover our true nature

Each class is self contained - we will cover a theme from the yoga sutras in our practice and explore it further after the yoga flow in our writing and discussion.

The writing circle will follow the following format

- Introduction to theme

- A series of Questions to prompt reflection on the topic

- Discussion and commentary

Feel free to just join for the physical yoga practice if writing is not your thing - you'll still get a taste of the theme of the day :)
