Yoga in the GardenStep away from the busyness of summer. This gentle yoga class weaves together movement, breath, and meditation, with an emphasis on moving in rhythm with your breath. Postures are seated, standing, and lying down (with lots of time for transitions).We'll practice within a circle of Garry oak trees, with birdsong as our soundtrack and nature around us. If summer schedules have you constantly on the go, this class is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and restore.Class takes place outdoors at Innisfree Farm &amp; Botanic Garden at 3636 Trent Rd, Courtenay, BC. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a blanket for added comfort. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Sliding Scale $12 - $20Pay what you can within that range. About the InstructorKelly Yaskiw is passionate about creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where you can show up just as you are. With more than 25 years of personal yoga practice, she is dedicated to sharing the teachings in an accessible way. She specializes in slow, nourishing practices that help regulate the nervous system, inviting presence and greater ease.
