About this event

Yoga in the Park was set up for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to advanced; practice yoga your way! As the deep impact of Covid19 sets in, and we find ourselves fighting depression, loneliness and missing our "normal" lives, I have decided to give back by creating several yoga for the people pop-up classes this Summer.

What is Yin?

Yin is a style of yoga that touches our calm energies. It is slow, restorative, meditational and the best way to unwind after a busy day or work on your flexibility in a safe space. Bring your props, pillows, cushions, blankets to help support your body for this practice.

What is Flow?

Flow is a repetitive sequence of postures performed in order several times through out the class.

What is Yin Flow?

A nice combination of slow movement, meditational and restorative postures. All levels welcome!

Who is Tiffany?

Hello, I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and 200 hr Certified Yoga Instructor. I have been teaching overseas and locally for 2 years. I teach online classes, in person classes, private group and personal lessons as well as have an ongoing monthly video membership. I have been a yoga practitioner for over 10 years.

What do I need to bring?

A yoga mat or a blanket, bring your props/pillows/bolsters/blocks/blankets, bring tea/water and BRING A FRIEND :)

How can I donate money to Tiffany?

Yoga in the Park is by donation; please come out and support my small business ($15 recommended donation).

Covid19 Safety Protocol

Limited spaces available. At least 9ft between yoga mats. Use floor markings and/or physical barriers to flow through the space and ensure 2 metres physical distancing can be maintained at all times. Masks must be worn at all times until you reach your own mat and during practice. Bring your own equipment. No physical adjustments will be made by the instructor at this time. If you are feeling ill please stay home. Do not arrive earlier than 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time.
