This unique yoga lab is specifically designed for long-term students of Linda McKenzie and is open to other yoga and dance practitioners. There will be special focus on injury adapting poses and Linda’s unique approach relaxation training and rest. Linda's approach to yoga is based on solid bodywork techniques that rely on practice more than philosophy. Anyone with an interest in deepening his or her personal practice will be welcomed.
