Many of you probably know the benefits of physical activity on well-being, however, there is also a lot of research to show creativity also improves wellness. Join the McMaster Graduate Wellness Team on Thursday, November 21st for a yoga event in the McMaster Museum of Art. Flow through various poses, all while surrounded by amazing works of art! The yoga class will be a 1-hour Hatha based practice, suitable for beginners with intermediate options as well. The event is open to McMaster graduate students, so make sure to tell a friend and register ASAP - spots are limited! Yoga mats and blocks will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.
If you're attending, be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes beforehand, as class will start promptly at 5:00 PM. Upon entry into the Museum of Art, you will be welcomed by a representative from our team and signed in. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and bring water for after class.
