About this Event

Do you need to hit restart on your sleeping habits? You’re not alone. Countless individuals struggle with various aspects of sleep and sleep habits. From sleeping too much or too little to trouble falling asleep or waking up. This special workshop is specifically to help you unlock your best sleep habits.

The workshop offers a gentle yoga practice, mindfulness exercises, and a whole lot of take-home tips and tricks such as postures and mindfulness exercises you can use before sleep, when you’re feeling restless, when you’re waking up, and more.

A little mindfulness, movement, and intentionality are sure to turn you into the sleeper (and waker-upper) you never knew you could be.

Get inspired and work towards the peaceful nights of sleep and energetic wake-ups you’ve always dreamt about.

What you need to know:

• Dress in comfortable, moveable clothing

• Bring water

• Bring a journal or something to write on/with
