Yoga Sculpting is a fun, non aerobic class integrating the practice of Yoga, Pilates, Barre and strengthening excercises to build a stronger, toned, lean body. With focus on proper alignment, using your own body weight, light weights and fitness props, you will get a full body workout to help you stand taller, feel stronger and tone the muscles in your shoulders, back, legs and abdominals.
This class runs from September 16-December 9 (No Class November 11)
