About this event

a journey to the essence is a yoga series that involve 8 weekly practices of 75 minutes each. Every class will include:

- mindful and creative Vinyasa sequences to open the body and enjoy the asana (posture) flow

- pranayama (breathing) at the beginning of the practice to center ourselves

- meditation at the end of the practice to make the most of the session


WHEN:Thursdays - January 5, 12, 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16, 23

SCHEDULE: 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm (75 minutes)

WHERE: Gastown, Vancouver BC


These series are designed to open different areas of our bodies as we flow gently through movement and develop a stronger, more flexible and balanced yoga practice. Each week we will focus on one area of the body or the practice, and we will honour it for 75 minutes.

Through movement, breath and community, my intention is for you to unravel your true essence: letting go of the layers and layers that we build through each day, arriving to a safe space where you can move freely as you find your pure and true light.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME: classes will be adapted to all levels and I will offer options and modifications that will serve your own journey.

Be ready for a deep, transformative and, of course, fun experience that will reconnect you with your journey and with your essence.
