Yoga @ Prairie Den!

Fill your morning & begin your weekend with a relaxing yoga class downtown in the funky, inspiring Prairie Den coworking space!

Class Description:

This gentle flow class is focused on the experience of being within the body and awareness of breath. Accessible to all levels, including beginners, this class is a combination of gentle & dynamic flow coupled with longer holds to help find alignment in our bodies, within ourselves, connect with clarity, humility, and love. We begin & end class with a mindful meditation – a subtle but very special practice that brings relaxation and clarity.

Before Arrival:

Hydrate Please remember to drink lots of water before and after yoga. Please bring along your favorite water bottle, as you may wish to take a break throughout class.

Dress We suggest wearing pants or shorts and a light and breathable top. Shoes and socks are to remain off during class.

Mat This is a 'Bring Your Own Mat' event, please bring a mat you feel most comfortable with.

What to Expect:

Arrive Early Please make sure you arrive at 10 minutes before class to sign in, and get settled. On your first visit, plan to come a few minutes earlier to fill out a waiver for class.

Check In If you have booked online (recommended), check-in with the instructor prior to class.

Get Comfortable Once you have checked in, get comfortable by setting up your mat, and resting in child pose before class begins.
