Description

In Ayurveda (the sister science to yoga) , the changing seasons is an ideal time to establish a state of balance, strength and immunity. Suzanne will present seasonal ayurvedic practices that can be immediately applied to your daily routine. She will guide you though a gentle grounding yoga practice including breathwork specifically designed to protect and warm the body, mind & heart. Join Suzanne for this workshop to prepare for the shift in seasons and establish routines to increase your immunity and feel better all season long

Do you need to know how to practice yoga to enter the event?

Everyone is welcome... you do not have to be bendy to attend :) Should you require assistance or have mobility issues, kindly let us know so we can accomodate you.

What do I need to bring into the event?

Please wear loose comfortable clothing to practice in, dress in layers. Bring your own yoga mat. We do have a few mats available if you require one, but please let us know as they are limited.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is ample free parking.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds. Should a life event happen that makes you unable to attend, you can share your ticket with a friend/family member.
