About this Event
Based on TRE (trauma release exercises), this workshop introduces breath work, dynamic movement and held postures release stress in the tissues of the body in a safe, supportive environment. It will include discussion about the science of the practice and supporting yourself moving forward to wrap up.
Meghan Vornholt has taken courses in trauma-informed yoga and has been teaching yoga since 2013. She has worked in mental health and supports participants with their wellness through a peer support approach.
