During this 3-day retreat on beautiful Toronto Island, participants will learn more about how to hone the instructional strategy that is YOU, the educator!

This retreat is for ALL K-20 educators, administrators, district program specialists, consultants, social workers, and school psychologists who are working at all levels of our public and independent education systems.

We welcome educators from across Canada and international attendees as well.

Event details and the 3-day itinerary can be found online at https://www.relationshipbasedschools.com/toronto-island.

This retreat is organized around four key themes and ways of working together: reflect, learn, connect, energize.

Reflect

  • Start each day with a ferry ride across Toronto harbour.

  • Take time out to walk in nature or sit by the lake.

  • Participate in group or 1 on 1 sessions to clarify what matters most to you in education.

  • Set personal and professional goals for the upcoming year.

Learn

  • Deepen your understanding of the conditions that support student well-being and achievement.

  • Strengthen the qualities and skills that make educators great.

  • Prepare to lead effective change in your school and beyond.

  • Focus on how you can strengthen your well-being now and throughout the school year.

Connect
