Young People and the Church? A Conversation

Explore the challenge and promise of being young in a rapidly changing world and in today’s Church.

Young adults (18-35) and those who work with youth and young adults are invited to a panel discussion responding to Synod 2018 on Young People, the Faith and Vocational Discernment.

Angelo Casiano - Educator at Saint Patrick Regional Secondary School and leader with Youth for Christ Ministry

Dr. Nicholas Olkovich - Assistant Professor and Marie Anne Blondin Chair in Catholic Theology at St. Mark’s College

Maureen Wicken - Educator at Vancouver College with over 30 years experience organizing RCIA events, writing curriculum, leading campus ministry at UBC, and more.

Rachel Wong - Student at Simon Fraser University and member of Catholic Christian Outreach
