On International Women's Day, Dress for Success Toronto will be hosting Your Hour, Her Power - a virtual panel discussion featuring four of Toronto's most celebrated women.
Hear these incredible powerhouses discuss their professional successes and the challenges they have had to overcome during their careers.
This event will also include an 'Ask Me Anything' (AMA) segment that will highlight the women who have pledged to support Dress for Success Toronto in honour of International Women's Day.
What’s more, every attendee will have the opportunity to influence the topics discussed by submitting a question when purchasing a ticket, which may be answered by this remarkable group of women.

Marie Henein, Founding Partner, Henein Hutchinson

Kathy Cunningham, CFO, Globe and Mail
Kathy Cunningham is the Chief Financial Officer at The Globe and Mail, Canada’s foremost news media company founded in 1844. In this role, she is responsible for Strategy, Corporate Development and all aspect of financial management as The Globe and Mail focuses on its digital future in delivering on its mission of inspiring and informing Canadians. She was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women’s Executive Network in 2017.
Summer Hinton, COO, Capital Markets, BMO
Summer is an experienced enterprise leader who has progressed through a number of leadership roles at BMO. She was appointed Chief Operating Officer, BMO Capital Markets in August 2020 and is responsible for driving effective operational performance across Capital Markets via sound operation discipline and process. Most recently, she played a lead role in bank-wide pandemic response efforts and the development of BMO’s “new normal” operating strategies.
Natasha Koifman, President & Founder, NKPR
Natasha created NKPR in 2002 to combine her two passions: sharing stories of substance and championing important causes. Under Natasha’s guidance and leadership, NKPR has established itself as a highly-regarded full-service public relations, artist management and digital agency, representing over 40 diverse national and international brands. Crystal Goomansingh, Europe Bureau Chief, Global News
Global News’ Europe Bureau Chief, Crystal Goomansingh is an award winning journalist with two decades of experience. She has worked throughout Canada for various television networks and radio stations, during which time she has covered stories across North America and beyond. Crystal is part of a select group of Canadian journalists who traveled to Kandahar to cover the Afghan War for Global National, Global’s flagship newscast. With experience as a reporter, video journalist, national correspondent and anchor, Goomansingh has a unique understanding of the industry with exceptional editorial judgment.
