Event description

Description

The PSP invites you to attend a morning workshop with LA TV exec and pitching coach, Carole Kirschener.

You have to pitch yourself before you pitch your project. This workshop is a hands-on 90 minute class to help you, the screenwriter, develop your entertainment industry "brand," so you know how to talk about yourself in way that gets the listener leaning forward and wanting to know more.

Carole is the Director of the WGA Showrunner Training Program and the CBS Diversity Writers Mentoring Program. She has worked as a senior level television development executive for eighteen years (including her posts at CBS and as head of Steven Spielberg’s first Amblin Television). Carole has read over 5,000 scripts, heard over 3,000 pitches, bought hundreds of projects and was involved in developing dozens of television series.
