About this event
Moksha Canada Foundation proudly launches (Free) Youth Connections Café starting May 20, 2022.
The project will provide mental health and wellness supports and resources to all youth, especially newcomers and racialized youth (16-24 years) in the York Region and all GTA.
Project Highlights:
• One on one counselling supports (online and in-person) provided by qualified mental health professionals/counsellors
• In-person weekly group support sessions on topics related to mental and physical health and well-being; life skills; leadership; arts and creativity; entrepreneurship; community resources and much more
**Light refreshments will be served
Eligibility: Youth (16-24 years) up to 29 years, residing in York Region.
Date/Timings: Saturdays, 7pm to 9pm
Location: York Region and through GTA.
