About this Event

What does Youth Mentorship mean to you?

Please join us for an intergenerational discussion about youth mentorship in Nova Scotia.

The Centre for Employment Innovation is looking into whether youth mentorship is an effective strategy for helping young people find and maintain meaningful employment. We are also exploring some of the common barriers young people (aged 18-34) from diverse communities face in accessing mentorship, challenges employers face in providing mentorship opportunities, and strategies used to overcome these challenges and build meaningful mentoring relationships.
