Youth Rising Above - Depression & Anxiety Peer Support Group

Thank you for expressing an interest in registering for "Rising Together", our online Depression & Anxiety Peer Support Group sessions.

Groups run bi-weekly: Saturday - 1:00- 3:00 pm & Tuesday - 6:30-8:30 pm (EST)

Please note, session registration is limited to one session per week for each individual. New sessions are added each month.

To register, please select the appropriate date for each session you wish to attend and complete the required registration questions.

In order to support the ongoing holistic well-being of participants, we will be providing $15 President's Choice gift cards for youth who attend group sessions. In order to receive a gift card, facilitators must be able to verify group members within the group through engaging in a group check-in and check-out.
