Welcome to Yule Renewal – A Holiday Reiki Ceremony. Join me at Rich & Grounded Wellness Studio on December 17, 2025, at 6:30 PM for a restorative evening designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and move into the new year with clarity and ease. Together, we’ll celebrate the season of Yule by creating space to release the heaviness of the year and welcome in fresh, supportive energy. This ceremony blends gentle guidance, Reiki healing, and reflective integration to help you find renewed balance during the holiday season.

To make yourself comfortable, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and water. You’re also welcome to bring a journal to capture any insights that arise. We’ll begin with a 30-minute discussion, followed by a 30-minute Reiki transmission, and close with a 30-minute group share to help you process and integrate your experience with support and intention.
