Event description

Description

Keeping our planet healthy involves keeping our planet clean – and the best way to reduce litter and waste is to not create it in the first place.

In this workshop you will learn how to minimize the waste in your day-to-day life, including how to avoid using paper cups, plastic bottles, food wrappers and other single-use items.

This informative workshop is offered in partnership with A Greener Future, a local non-profit organization that promotes environmental preservation through organized litter cleanups and educational programs.

All ages are welcome! Registration begins on Monday, November 26, at 9:30 am. Space is limited, so please register today to secure your spot.

Note: The Zero Waste Workshop will take place in Meeting Room A on the second floor of Central Library.

Please review the privacy policy via the link located at the bottom of the page before registering.
