Zoom across Baffin Island, Nunavut, a SPARK Photo Festival virtual event. Join us for an evening to explore the beauty and the challenge of a photographic adventure through images and stories.
Experience photographer and adventurer Lola Reid Allin's challenges of finding the best shots as she treks 98-kilometres of boggy tundra, unstable moraines, and life-threatening glacial rivers while backpacking 50-lbs of supplies and camera equipment.
Lola Reid Allin is an award-winning photographer & author, airline pilot & SCUBA Dive Master who creates travelogues & blogs about her adventures at home & abroad in more than sixty countries. Her work has been featured by National Geographic, The Smithsonian, Photographers without Borders, CLiC Photo Show, SPARK Photo Festival, CONTACT, The National Post, The Globe & Mail, & more.
