About this Event
Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness, not to mention stress reducing.
You’re guaranteed to feel happy after every single class!
Class will be lead by Raissa, who has more than 10 years experience in Zumba, including five as as instructor. Iecha will be joining on stage, with periodical pop-ins by Crystal!
