Aaron Johannes, PhD, has worked with folks with disabilities and their families for over 30 years as a Director of Spectrum Society and more recently as an instructor in the Disability and Community Studies program at Douglas College. His area of research has been leadership and disability and he thinks person centred planning is an excellent way to support this. Eilidh is one of Spectrum's newest leaders and comes to us from our friends at RSCL. She is passionate about training and person centred planning so this combines two of her favourite things!
