ACAMS Montréal

Première et plus importante section francophone en Amérique du Nord, la mission de la section Montréal est de soutenir l’Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) dans la promotion des saines pratiques en matière de lutte au blanchiment d’argent et de contribuer à faire progresser les connaissances professionnelles et les compétences des experts de l’industrie qui consacrent énergie et efforts à prévenir et détecter le blanchiment d’argent et le financement des activités terroristes. La section a comme objectif d’offrir une tribune ouverte d’échanges, d’opinions et de réseautage à ces experts à Montréal et dans la province du Québec. Elle collabore avec ACAMS, afin de mettre à la disposition de ses membres la documentation, les outils de formation et le processus de certification en langue française.

As the first and most significant francophone Chapter in North America, ACAMS Montreal’s mission is two-fold: to support the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) in promoting best practices in the fight against money laundering and to contribute to improving professional awareness and proficiency amongst industry experts. It will reach these objectives by providing an open forum of exchange and networking opportunities to experts from Montreal and throughout the province of Quebec. In collaboration with ACAMS, the Chapter will develop documentation, training tools and a certification process in the French language.
