The Canadian Barista & Coffee Academy is open source, actively sharing knowledge and skills through our coffee classes and in-cafe consulting with all those who pursue excellence in coffee since 2001.

For over 17 years, we have developed and found the most efficient and effective ways of Opening an Independent Specialty Cafe, its Management and the fundamental Barista skills needed to operate at a high quality level.

Our motivation in teaching is simple and transparent - we do not want to sell you anything nor will we one day compete against your coffee business. Our sole objective is to educate - we simply want to improve coffee quality in Canada, one cup at a time with a commitment to growing the Artisan Coffee movement in Canada.
