The Canadian International Council (CIC) is a platform for national conversations on critical international issues. Founded by Sir Robert Borden in 1928, it now exists in 18 cities across Canada. As a charitable, independent, non-partisan membership organization its mission is to involve the public in defining Canada's role in the world.
