Canadian International Television Festival

The 4th Annual CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL TELEVISION FESTIVAL takes place in the third week of November 2016 in Toronto.

CITF is the only festival in Canada dedicated to all things TELEVISION!

Watch this page or follow us on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram for information on CITF's next events.

The Canadian International Television Festival is an independent and dynamic social enterprise whose mission is to showcase television content and talent from Canada and around the world. While the primary focus of the festival is Canadian scripted TV, CITF will explore genres and formats from all regions of the world.

With over 5,000 people participating at the festival in 2013, 2014 & 2015, @CITF16 is SOCIAL television: whether you are TV fan, an "industry insider”, or learning about making TV, you and your friends will share super experiences at CITF and on social media too.

The CITF is a unique but proven platform for creators to launch new TV projects, and for fans to connect with their favourite TV personalities and programs beyond watching them at home. For everyone, it is an opportunity to explore TV’s past, future and current “golden age”.

Always scheduled in the third week in November, CITF takes place in the heart of downtown Toronto, North America’s third busiest city for television production.

See you there!
