Claire has been a professional actress and singer for 25 years, appearing in leading roles on stages across North America and the U.K., and in mainstream film and television. Her heartfelt desire to understand human nature and our place in the Universe led her to deepen her connection with her Soul, first as a Certified Trainer in the Gyrotonic Expansion System, then through an intensive study of Kundalini Yoga. She is a KRI-Certified Teacher, and an ANS-Certified Level 2 Teacher Trainer in the spiritual technology of Kundalini Yoga. She is the founder of The Sensory Human and The Portal Studio at Kundalini Yoga Stratford, and leads classes, workshops and retreats worldwide, helping individuals and groups reconnect to Soul and Spirit.

Claire is a gifted speaker and teacher with a talent for heart-centered communication. As an actress, she appeared in Vanity Fair magazine alongside such luminaries as Judy Dench, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellan and F. Murray Abraham, and has shared the stage and screen with some of the biggest names in Hollywood, including Will Ferrel, Christopher Plummer, Ricky Gervais, David Duchovny, and many other performers of the highest caliber. In the world of personal and spiritual development, she has shared the stage with world-renown teachers such as Karta Singh, and the Ascended Master Channel In’easa Mabu Ishtar. A fluent French speaker, French language interpreter and translator, Claire is currently writing a Kundalini Awakening Manual for Amrit Nam Sarovar International School for Mastery in France, and regularly serves a member of its teaching team.
